If you aren’t French, you may have never heard of croquembouche, but this tasty treat is perfect for weddings no matter what your culture. A croquembouche is a tower of cream puffs, which are stacked and coated with layers of caramel, chocolate, and sugared nuts. You can decorate your croquembouche with color candies or icing as well, in order to match you wedding colors.
The beautiful creations shown above are from Epicure Cafe in Houston. They have a catering service to provide all of the desserts you want at your wedding, including more traditional cakes if a croquembouche isn’t really your taste. You can see more pictures and learn more at their website.
