revealing wedding dressYou may want to wear a sexy dress on your wedding day, but a dress that is too revealing could make your guests uncomfortable. Some churches may even refuse to marry you if your dress isn’t classy. How can you show off your body without being too revealing? Here are some tips:

~ Look for a dress that is short, has a low back, or has a plunging neckline – but not all three.

~ You want to be comfortable in your dress. If you have to constantly adjust to avoid showing your rear or a nipple, the dress is probably too revealing!

~ Consider covering up for the ceremony. If you really want something very revealing, save it for the reception.

~ Try on your dress for others and get their opinions without getting angry. If more than half of your wedding party says the dress is too revealing, you might want to check out another choice.

~ Go classy with accessories. If your dress is revealing, consider modest shoes, a shawl to cover your shoulders, and a classic up-do.

You want to look beautiful on your wedding day, but if you wear a dress that is too revealing, you could end up looking like a porn star instead. Don’t isolate guests, offend your priest, or spend the day worrying about a wardrobe malfunction all day.
