These types of kits usually include everything that you need to give yourself a salon quality pedicure. Usually they include a pair of flip-flops in a bag plus the appropriate buffing, filing and cutting implements for your toenails. Usually though you have to get your own nail polish, especially if you want your toenails to be an offbeat color like blue.  Some kits available only have a limited color of nail polish in them. There are many wedding pedicure kits that sell everything you need to give your toes a nice French Manicure.
