 hand painted shoes roses

For the brides who want to be truly different, we’ve found a truly unique idea. There are artists out there who will hand paint your wedding shoes, and other wedding items, so that you can have your shoes personalized with anything you’d like. If you’d like to have an Irish claddagh and Celtic knots painted on your shoes for your Celtic themed wedding, you can do that. If you’d like roses in variety of colors, you can do that too. You can even have your betrothed’s or your children’s (if it’s a second wedding for instance) pictures painted on them. The possibilities are literally endless. You may need to do some searching in your particular area to find an artist to do it, or there are a number of places online that can do it for you, but you will have to do it well in advance to be sure that the artist has time to paint them and then return them too you.

One place that you can buy some pre-made are at ToffsWorld. Those are the ones pictured here.

If you are somewhat artistically gifted yourself you could even give it a go, but be sure to use the appropriate paint. There is a company called Jacquard that makes fabric dye and fabric paint which may work well.
